Effie Williams is an award-winning milliner, creating fun and flirty hats and headpieces, all with a distinctive vintage-inspired twist.

Taking inspiration from the landscape of her native Herefordshire, along with her love of vintage fashions, Effie combines traditional craft skills with contemporary techniques to create pieces each as individual as the wearer. Her work has been regularly awarded, including by the Worshipful Company of Feltmakers who awarded her their Commercial Appeal Award whilst she was still a student. Following the end of her studies, with help and support from the Princes’ Trust, she launched her own label in 2022.

Effie produces two seasonal collections a year – Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter – as well as private bespoke commissions for a wide range of clients with each of Effie’s creations lovingly hand-made in her Herefordshire studio.

She will be exhibiting with us at various events throughout the year.
